A historic 1900s flour and corn mill in Lancaster, Kentucky—now in the process of restoration and being brought back to life as a place for gathering, real food, and shared tables.

Once fully restored, Garrard Mills will again grind flour and corn—offering fresh, stone-ground grains rooted in tradition and honest food.

Hands-on baking classes and friendly contests are planned as the mill comes back to life—focused on learning, sharing, and real food traditions.
